Though long since discarded from law The Precepts of Performance outlined by Marianna Henson remains in the minds of the Attovian populace. The heckling of a Palveli is frowned upon by most folk, especially those connected to any portion of the continent that was once ruled by Zoher. Though not officially illegal anywhere most local guardsmen are prone to arresting or temporarily confining hecklers under disruption or disturbance laws. Not to say that heckling doesn’t exist however, it must be done in a more subtle way. Once The Precepts of Performance was done away with there was no more legal protection for a performers place in a venue. Generally if another individual posts up in the same place as another Palveli they cannot be legally removed. The ensuing noise can become one of two things: Discordant noise which chases crowds away (the target for would be hecklers) or a battle of the musically talented (a far rarer occurrence).

Claskaria

Under the loose quasi-government of the Divine Star Claskaria sees much more disruption in public spaces in general. No group is as pestered as much as public performers thanks to this, and Palveli are a rarity even in Kochav.
