Juhan the Crimson. A name well earned and well know on the continent. Brought about by the grisly displays Juhan Ilves popularized in the Visare Court that name displays well the tyranny that Juhan made his right hand during his time leading the Ornsiire Empire. A multitude of strong handed addendums to the Code of Visare were implemented that were extremely oppressive to the common folk of the empire. The already swelling corruption and inequality burst like a boil and covered the down on their luck with a new layer of disenfranchisement. The most well known of these addendums was 612 which set in motion a large swath of prohibitions to those of “lower born status” utilizing vague language, especially the word “excessive”. This allowed the Visare and his cohorts to define in a moment when and where someone they deemed lower was trespassing agains the addendum and have them dealt with ceremoniously.
