Presiding over all legal and cultural matters of import within Daurk Brionnaigh the council is a very select group of 20 Master Cruthman.
Requirements
To become an Elder the following criteria must be met
- Must already be a Master Cruthman
- Must have created a recognized master work
- Must be older than 450 years of age
- There must be an open spot on the council
If these criteria all match then the Rugadh in question makes his case to the council who votes on it. If a majority vote is reached in his favor then he is granted a seat on the council.
