The Sila flower (Nezhnaya sila in full) is a small flower with light pink petals who’s tap roots are used in many herbal medicines by northern peoples. They grow exclusively in the snow, and received their name from the early Yewdi people of Strana Gigantov.
Medicinal Usage
The roots are dried, then ground into a fine powder which can be added to broths or made into a tea which promotes recover from common colds. In more rare cases it is rubbed directly onto open wounds to aid in the healing process.
