Several years after End of the Meyda War the Ornsiire Empire and Kingdom of Helva met to formulate the Ornsiire Accords as a kind of good faith document to cement the peace between their nations. The accords while outlining a formal declaration of peace with longer vision than the Panjen Treaties spends the majority of its time codifying the agreed upon legal limit of Meyda-work and regulation of Fields.

Asur

The Asur Workings are those which are prohibited in all circumstances not even to be enacted by the ruling bodies of either nation. In the case that an individual is caught Working Asur they are labeled a Shota Worker and either executed, or exiled depending on the determined severity of their transgression.

Asur Workings

Below are the Asur Workings. Some nix entire sub-fields of Meyda-work, others specific Workings for a variety of reasons but all link back to the safety of the people and the nation.

Auto-Necromancy

The act of experimenting and modifying one’s own Soul is so dangerous to the surroundings and so rarely useful for anyone but the individual (if even that) that it was one of the first things added to the Asur Workings unanimously passing through and becoming law.

Ashem Impersonation of the Upper Class

The potential danger of someone disguising themselves through an Ashem Working as the Visare of Ornsiire or an important member of a Helvan House was not lost on those who met to create the Accords. This act was strictly forbidden despite the potential use cases.

Tethers Made to Deities External to Accepted Religious Entities

Tethering to a deity via means that are not common knowledge such as the Sundered Preist’s Tear is extremely difficult to derive on one’s own. However, if such experimentation is not prohibited the potential cost could be devastating at locally apocalyptic scales.

Mesukhan

These Workings are considered too harmful to allow free reign but too useful to be outlawed altogether. Therefor Meyda-workers who wish to conduct such powerful Works must procure a Mesukhan Permit from either Ornsiire or Helva.
