When you earn renown with a group you also earn the same number in favor. Both cap at 50, but favor can be used like a currency on the table below. You may only spend an amount of favor in one month less than or equal to your current renown with that faction. If you would gain renown but it is already at 50, you may still gain favor. Favors bought with favor cannot be stacked if they represent a monetary value. For example, you may not spend 5 favor to receive 25 bits worth of a singular item.

Property Table
Amount
Property
10
Single acre of land, with single room thatch roof hut.
20
Single acre of land, with multi room stone house
30
3-5 acres of land, a two story building, and a barn or secondary house
40

50
30 acres of land, the equivalent of a small castle and/or keep.
Keep the following guidelines for using favor to acquire property in mind.
Spending additional favor later on an existing piece of property is unlikely to increase the amount of property owned, instead use it to build a new house equivalent to one step above it in the table on the existing land
Even a group you are in great standings with might not be super crazy about PCs coming in and using their pull to gain large swaths of land, potentially cutting into portions of the nation. Some decisions made here could impact renown negatively
